Chicago, IL- Ms Black Illinois USA winner Cortnee R. Smith will be the emcee for Women’s Impact Network (W.I.N.)

They will host a leadership conference in honor of Women History Month, that will be filled with informative workshops and sessions specialized for the workingwomen of today. It will be held Saturday, March 16, 2013, at the Indian Lakes Resort in Bloomingdale, IL. Candace Ford, founder of WIN, will be joined by dynamics speakers such as; Val Warner, co-host of Windy City LIVE, ABC 7 Chicago’s new morning talk and entertainment show, Cheryl Pullins of www.iMentorWomen.com, which works with women who are incredibly gifted with a passionate heart, and Kathleen Hawkins, President and founder of WOAMTEC, a professional women’s group, an accomplished business consultant, international speaker, award-winning photographer and nine times published author.

The Dynamics of the Female Entrepreneur a conference sponsored by WIN, a non-profit leadership network that assists, promotes, builds and encourages women leaders in business. It offers individual coaching, mentoring, workshops and an annual conference, to allow each member to take their business endeavors to the next level. The day will be filled with informative workshops and sessions discussing, “Understanding the Pieces of a Successful Business”, “Developing the Strategies of Building a Business”, and “How to be Dynamical – Juggling Family and Entrepreneurship”. These workshops will empower women on how to be complete in business, by integrating the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of their lives. The sessions will inform, inspire and give the attendees the opportunity to network with other powerful entrepreneurial leaders. We are expecting a minimum of 150 women from across the nation in both the profit and non-profit sectors.
