Cache 310 is a cocktail lounge tucked into the base of the office tower at 310 S Canal St in the West Loop, across from Union Station. The space is styled as a hidden retreat, with low lighting and lounge seating built around a central bar.
The concept draws on a mix of Italian and French influences, and the drink menu is built around reworked classics such as an old fashioned and a Moscow mule. Food offerings run to small plates and shareable bites, including potato chips with caviar, olives, and bread and butter.
Cache 310 is first-come, first-served and does not take reservations. Weekend visitors can find discounted cocktails during its “$7 Heaven” specials, and weeknight happy hour runs Monday through Thursday.
