Cafe Gimme, an all-day cafe, has opened in Bucktown at 2115 N. Damen Ave. The shop serves coffee and espresso drinks, matcha, cold-pressed juice and smoothies, acai bowls, pastries and toast through the day, with wine and cocktails added in the evening.
The Damen Avenue location is the second for the brand, which also runs a juice and smoothie shop in Lake Forest. The menu lists lattes, cortados, cold brew and drip coffee alongside build-your-own smoothie bowls, croissants, granola plates and toast options such as avocado toast and ricotta toast with honey.
Recent items posted to the cafe’s own channel have included a ricotta toast with whipped ricotta, honey, sea salt and black pepper on sourdough.
