Big Shoulders Coffee, the Chicago-based roaster, runs a cafe on Taylor Street in Little Italy, one of eight Big Shoulders locations around the city. The Taylor Street shop pours the roaster’s 1848 house espresso alongside a rotating single-origin espresso, and brews single-origin coffees by hand to order.
The drink menu includes a Lavender Latte and a Horchata Latte made with house rice milk, and the food case runs to an al pastor breakfast burrito.
