Chef Art Smith’s Reunion serves Southern comfort food at Navy Pier’s west entrance, 600 E Grand Ave in Streeterville. The restaurant is led by chef Art Smith, a James Beard Foundation Humanitarian of the Year honoree who spent a decade as Oprah Winfrey’s personal chef. Reunion’s menu covers brunch, lunch, dinner and happy hour, built around Midwest farm-fresh ingredients.
The dining room and outdoor patio look out over the pier, with indoor and outdoor seating for families and groups. The kitchen also offers a kids’ menu, desserts including hummingbird cake, and signature cocktails, alongside a daily happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Reunion is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pickup and delivery ordering and gift cards are available online, and the restaurant books private events and off-site catering through Art Smith Catering.
