SAPO Coffee House opened this past August at 3056 N. Lincoln Ave. in Lakeview, bringing Vietnamese-style coffee to a storefront on a busy stretch of Lincoln Avenue. The Vietnamese-owned shop builds its coffee program around honey-processed Robusta beans from Dak Nong, Vietnam.
The menu includes Vietnamese coffee drinks such as a sea salt latte, along with matcha made with First Harvest (Ichibancha) matcha and a rotating seasonal lineup. This fall’s additions are a cinnamon hazelnut latte, a caramel pumpkin pie latte available with an espresso or matcha base, cinnamon hazelnut matcha, and hazelnut hot chocolate.
SAPO is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with weekend hours starting at 8 a.m. Orders can be placed online for pickup, or customers can sit down inside.
