NoodleBird serves Asian-inspired street food from a storefront at 2957 W Diversey Ave in Logan Square, where diners order at the counter and can watch the kitchen at work. The fast-casual restaurant has operated at the Diversey Avenue address since 2021, when it replaced the former Fat Rice, drawing on the street food traditions of Macau and other parts of Asia.
The menu is built around live-fire, charcoal-grilled meats, handmade rice noodles topped with crushed peanuts, dumplings, a crisp cucumber salad and glazed Berkshire pork. NoodleBird also lists vegan and gluten-free options, pastries that include flaky egg custard tarts, and drinks such as milk tea and cocktails.
NoodleBird is open Wednesday through Friday from 4 to 9 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; it’s closed Monday and Tuesday. Orders are available for dine-in, takeout and delivery through Toast.
