Strings Ramen serves bowls of handmade ramen noodles at 1353 W Fullerton Ave in Lincoln Park, one of several Chicago-area locations for the shop, which says it has been making noodles in-house since 2014.
The kitchen makes its noodles daily with an imported Japanese noodle maker and offers ramen in shoyu, shio, miso and tonkotsu broths, along with rice bowls and a newer deep dish ramen topped with melted mozzarella, pepperoni and hot honey. Strings Ramen also serves vegan and vegetarian options.
The Fullerton Avenue location is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and can be reached at (773) 661-6442.
