The Perch Kitchen and Tap operates at 1932 W. Division St. in Wicker Park, pairing a full-service restaurant and bar with an onsite brewery. The concept is a partnership between 4 Star Restaurant Group and Finch Beer Co., combining a wood-fired kitchen with house-brewed beer under one roof.
The wood-fired menu includes rotisserie chicken, prime rib, steak frites, baby back ribs, Maryland crab cake and a rotating market catch, alongside sandwiches, salads and shareables such as crispy Brussels sprouts and spaetzle mac and cheese. Weekend brunch adds dishes like eggs Benedict, avocado toast and lemon blueberry pancakes.

The Perch is open Monday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 or 10 p.m., with brunch served 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends.
