The Menomonee Club, a nonprofit community center founded in 1946, runs its Drucker Center at 1535 N. Dayton St. in Chicago’s Old Town and Lincoln Park area. The organization is marking its 80th year serving area children and families in 2026.
At the Drucker Center, the club offers supervised gym programs, judo and fencing instruction, and seasonal activities including fall programs and holiday camps for children from preschool through high school age. The gymnasium also hosts Giant Gym Night, a family fundraiser, and the center has space available for private room rentals.
A second site, the Clubhouse at 244 W. Willow St., includes Alumni Lanes, a two-lane bowling alley the club restored to its original 1946 use; it is now available for parties and rentals. Program and membership details are posted at menomoneeclub.org.
The club operates as a nonprofit supported by membership dues, program fees and the annual Old Town Art Fair, with financial assistance available for qualifying families. For current program schedules, registration and hours, visit the website or call 312-664-4631.
