Weather Mark Tavern Serves Up Nautical-Themed Pub Fare in the South Loop

Weather Mark Tavern has anchored the South Loop at 1503 S. Michigan Ave. since 2006, a nautical-themed tavern built of wood, exposed brick and granite near the Field Museum and Soldier Field, according to its official site.

The kitchen serves char-grilled half-pound burgers, fish tacos, sliders, chicken wings and baby back ribs, along with its Anchors Away fish fry, an all-you-can-eat Friday special. Weekend brunch includes bottomless mimosas for $25, and the bar pours hand-crafted cocktails and rotating craft beers.

Weather Mark Tavern is open Monday through Wednesday from 4 p.m. to midnight, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight, with weekday happy hour specials.
