GOLDN Bakery & Coffee is at 111 S. Morgan St. in the West Loop. The bakery’s signature item is the Goldy, a mini croissant sold individually or in boxes of 8, 12, 16 or 24. Flavors listed on its menu include original, white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate and cookie, cookies and cream, Lotus Biscoff, pistachio and strawberry.
The pastry case also lists butter, chocolate and almond croissants, double chocolate and red velvet cookies, and blueberry and double chocolate muffins. On the savory side, the menu has everything, blueberry and cinnamon bagels, bagel sandwiches (cream cheese, breakfast, smoked salmon, and turkey and avocado), a ham and cheese croissant melt, and prosciutto pesto and turkey focaccia sandwiches. Basque cheesecake is marked as coming soon.
The coffee menu covers espresso drinks, drip, cold brew, matcha, chai, tea and smoothies, along with 16-ounce canned iced signature drinks such as a GOLDN Caramel Latte and a GOLDN Strawberry Matcha, and a 96-ounce coffee traveler.
