Home Bar, the bar and gathering space from Chicago cocktail brand Aged & Infused, is open at 2010 W. Fulton St. in the Near West Side, a short walk from the United Center. Its Instagram account announces the Home Bar as “now open” and has posted regularly through early November.
Aged & Infused is best known for its alcohol infusion kits, which pair dried fruit and botanicals with a bottle of spirit. Flavors include Olive Lemon & Orange, Strawberry Jalapeño Lime, Mango Hibiscus, Blueberry Lavender and Cranberry Citrus, alongside cocktail bitters. Home Bar puts those flavors in martinis and other cocktails served in person.
The Home Bar also runs cocktail classes and workshops, and a martini membership called Club ‘Tini. Members get a sit-down session to find their ideal martini, one martini made to their taste each month and 10 percent off.
