The Blackhawks Ice Center at 1801 W. Jackson Blvd., the Chicago Blackhawks’ training and public skating facility on the Near West Side, reopened in March 2026 after an expansion that added two new rinks, the 2,000-seat USG Arena, and two public dining venues: Raise the Cup Café and Rocky’s Table & Tap.
Raise the Cup Café is a quick-service coffee counter on the first floor, serving coffee, espresso drinks and snacks throughout the day near lounge seating that looks out over the rinks.
Rocky’s Table & Tap, named for former Blackhawks chairman Rocky Wirtz, is a full bar and restaurant built by Chicago’s One Off Hospitality (avec, The Publican, Big Star) under chef Paul Kahan, with a menu of burgers, hot dogs, wraps, nachos and pretzels. It also has an upstairs patio with skyline views that seats up to 150 guests.
Both venues are open to ice center visitors, United Center patrons and the public, not only to guests attending Blackhawks practices or games. For hours and the public skating schedule, see blackhawksicecenter.com.
