Avli Taverna serves contemporary and classic Greek small plates, mains and desserts at 1335 W. Wrightwood Ave. in Lincoln Park, with a dining room, a bar and a seasonal outdoor patio that’s dog-friendly for dinner, lunch and brunch.
The taverna is part of Avli, a Chicago-founded Greek restaurant group with additional locations in River North, Lakeshore East, Milwaukee and Winnetka. Its drink list includes Greek wines and cocktails, with happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m.
A rear Market Room seats up to 24 for private dinners and luncheons, and the restaurant serves weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Regular hours run 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
