News Chicago
Eco Tec Foam & Coatings operates out of 7100 N Lehigh Ave, in the Sauganash/Forest Glen area, working on roofs and buildings around Chicago. It is the roofing and protective-coatings side of Eco Tec Insulation, Inc., a Chicago-area contractor that has been doing insulation and building-envelope work since 2006.
The crew installs and repairs roofing systems, applies spray polyurethane foam, and coats roofs and structures with intumescent and thermal-barrier products built to meet Chicago building-code fire-protection standards, alongside basement, attic and garage thermal barriers and fire-rated wall assemblies.
Project photos the company has posted show flat commercial roofs recoated in a white reflective membrane, along with spray-foam and insulation jobs around the North Side and suburbs. It also keeps a blog of home-maintenance advice, most recently on attic fans and pest entry points, updated as recently as June 2026.
Eco Tec Foam & Coatings takes calls at (847) 675-1400 and quote requests online; hours and appointment scheduling are posted at ecotecinsulation.com/contact.
