Empty Bottle Continues Live Music Lineup in Ukrainian Village

Empty Bottle, the independent music venue and bar on the corner of North Western Avenue and West Cortez Street, has booked live shows in Ukrainian Village since moving into its current space on Halloween night in 1993, a year after opening at a smaller spot nearby.

The club presents touring and local acts several nights a week under its “Empty Bottle Presents” series, mixing rock, punk, jazz and experimental lineups, along with a full bar and pool tables.

Doors open daily at 5 p.m., with later hours Friday and Saturday nights; most shows are 21 and over, though age limits vary by event. More information: emptybottle.com.
