North Riverside, IL- Mark Sajatovic works real hard decorating his block with hand made Halloween props and animatronics on the 2300 block of Forest Avenue on North Riverside, IL and his primary goal is for the Freaky Frights on Forest to be an event for families and friends to visit this year until Halloween.

For the weeks leading up to Oct. 31, thousands of children and their parents will visit the 2200 and 2300 blocks of Forest Avenue, where just about every house is decorated with terrors such as haunting ghoul graveyards, pirate skeletons and inflatable Frankensteins.

The event has grown substantially over the years, enough to warrant closed streets every night, extra police patrols and house barricades. On Friday evening, Mark Sajatovic will speak to the press and exhibit his block with Halloween props and animatronics inviting the general public to attend. He invites the media to take pictures and video of the hard work done to exhibit the Halloween season.
