Jiang Niu BBQ House has opened a Lincoln Park location at 1523 N Kingsbury St, joining the Korean Chinese fusion BBQ brand’s existing Chinatown and Orland Park restaurants. The concept centers on Dongbei-style barbecue from northeast China blended with Korean grill traditions, served all-you-can-eat at tabletop grills.
Diners cook their own marinated meats and vegetables at self-serve grills, with a sauce bar and hot appetizer buffet included. The restaurant also offers an all-you-can-eat hot pot option, with a choice of six house-made broths, thinly sliced meats, vegetables, noodles and other hot pot staples. A combo option lets guests order both BBQ and hot pot at the same table.
AYCE pricing runs $36.99 per person for BBQ or hot pot alone, or $39.99 for the combo. A weekday happy hour, Monday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m., brings those prices down to $29.99 and $32.99. Birthday guests dining with at least two paying adults on the same AYCE option get a free meal on their actual birthday, ID required.
