LYRIQ Music School Offers Lessons From Its Northcenter Byron Street Studio

LYRIQ Music School runs a studio at 1909 W Byron St in Northcenter, one of two Northcenter locations the school operates; the other is at 1906 W Irving Park Rd. The school offers private and small-group lessons in piano, voice, violin, guitar and other instruments for students from age 5 through adult.

Lessons run on a semester model, with fall and spring terms, recitals in December and May, and a four-week trial option for new students. Lesson lengths run 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and the school also runs group classes, including group piano, intro to drumming and a rock band program, along with workshops like a songwriting lab and monthly masterclasses.

The Byron Street studio also hosts early-childhood music classes for younger kids and their families through a partner program, Merry Music Makers, which lists the address as a Northcenter class location with sessions scheduled into 2027.
