Basic I-Pass toll rates would rise from 40 cents to 75 cents, with those who use cash continuing to pay double what I-Pass users do.

Thank you to Bill Morris for his No Vote. I was around when the tollway system was created and trusted that it would be paid off in 30 years. That along with many other lies have got to stop. I have an IPASS and will continue but what do you do with the interest you earn on my money until I use it.
Money management is a requirement for everyone, please try and do so.
