Backlash and political firestorm over organized medical serial killer Venkata Buddharaju, MD throughout Chicago hospitals; want to bring vigilance, doctor’s license revoked, and investigation on serial killer doctor

Chicago, IL—Dr. Venkata Buddharaju “aka“ physician D is a “public danger” because he is a medical serial killer due to malpractice. He performs surgeries that will likely result in the death of the patient In addition he keeps patients and pushes them to the brink of death by withdrawing care. Dr. Buddharaju been named in at least 10 medical malpractice personal injury lawsuits where he performed medically unnecessary invasive unauthorized surgeries, tracheostomies, intubations, chest tubes on mostly elderly vulnerable African-American patients and hispanics.

Dr. Buddharaju has been documented by the FBI as writing plan to trache in his records prior to performing emergency tracheostomies. He is responsible for the death of Learma Clenna. Dr. Buddharaju wrote on Learma Clenna’s, premeditated, but yet he never has time to consult the victims family it’s always an emergency, in another patient’s chart unrelated to Learma Clenna. Dr. Buddharaju medical chart (plans full vent support if renal failure worsens , Dr. Buddharaju wrote plans chest tube rt side clamped post doxypleurodesis. On January 18, 2022 he performed a procedure at Thorek hospital on Learma Clenna in the result of her death. Her son Kevin Clenna a retired Chicago police officer filed a complaint with the federal government. Mrs. Learma Clenna died of natural causes due to old age but a nonconsusual invasive painful intubation and tracheostomy was performed on her without consent by Dr Buddharaju that has at least 10 medical malpractice lawsuits against him and was Named Physician D by the FBI in the last scandal he was mentioned in at the now closed Sacred Heart hospital Chicago.

We are interested especially in patients that were victims that were elderly disabled and vulnerable, limited English proficiency or LEP Spanish-speaking people. During COVID-19 family members were denied access to many hospitals during surgeries that were performed illegally without permission. Invasive surgical procedures such as intubations, tracheostomies, chest tube insertion’s that were done under circumstances illegally we want to hear from people because their civil rights could of been violated. Hispanic people were targeted too especially those with a language barrier.

This substantiates “ deprivation of rights”under color of law”. We have done our “ due diligence” and have copies of federal complaints, Cook County complaints and have records of malpractice cases of Dr. Buddharaju. The doctor does not sign the death certificates too. We will have the federal complaint number and all other documents to support and substantiate all these allegations against Dr Venkata Buddharaju who is called the serial killer doctor.

On Sunday morning, community activists and a the son of a malpractice victim who was African American will stage a press conference in front of Thorek hospital bringing vigilance. We also want a thorough investigation on Dr. Venkata Buddharaju and his medical license revoked. We want people of color to come out publicly if they were victims at the hands of this killer doctor.
