Illinois’ failed political parties, patronage armies and gerrymandered political fiefdoms threaten to crush the spirit of our once great state. While media, think tanks and advocacy groups shift their attention to Washington, the citizens of Illinois are left with city hall’s culture of corruption and machine politics content on managing and profiting from the state’s demise. But there is hope. And there is help. For the Good of Illinois is working to dismantle the Illinois establishment by engaging, educating and empowering citizens to demand limited, accountable and transparent government. The need for has never been greater. The people of Illinois have never been more willing. Now is the time to stand up and be heroes. Your involvement has never been more important.
